provides a broad range of actuarial and benefit
consulting services to clients with a combined

| Sandra A. Berger, the
firm's president and founder, employs a staff of
talented individuals who posses the right mix of
business experience and technical knowledge. |
| Sandy is an enrolled
Actuary under ERISA, a member of the American
Academy of Actuaries, and a member of the
American Society of Pension Actuaries. She holds
a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from
the University of Illinois. |
| With more than 30 years of
consulting experience in all facets of retirement
plans, Sandy has represented her clients'
interests before the Internal Revenue Service,
the Department of Labor, and the Pension Benefit
Guaranty Corporation. Her representation has
included such issues as the current IRS actuarial
audit program, compliance with TRA '86 and prior
benefit-related legislation, prohibited
transaction exemptions, and various PBGC issues. |
